Does the whole rug really go in the washer?
Yes. Washable rugs are one piece: a soft cotton-based weave bonded to a non-slip backing. No pad to remove, nothing to disassemble. Cold water, gentle cycle, done.
Will the colors fade?
They are made to be washed; colors hold cycle after cycle. Use cold water and mild detergent, skip bleach, and it keeps looking like the listing.
Do I need a rug pad?
No. The non-slip base is woven into the rug itself. It lies flat from day one and grips hard floors on its own.

Can I return a custom-cut rug?
Yes. Our 30-day free returns cover custom-cut rugs too. If it is not right for your home, we take it back and cover the return label.
Are hand-woven rugs really one of a kind?
Yes: we weave exactly one of each. When a piece sells, it is gone; the pattern never repeats.
