Does the whole rug really go in the washer?

Yes. Washable rugs are one piece: a soft cotton-based weave bonded to a non-slip backing. No pad to remove, nothing to disassemble. Cold water, gentle cycle, done.

Will the colors fade?

They are made to be washed; colors hold cycle after cycle. Use cold water and mild detergent, skip bleach, and it keeps looking like the listing.

Do I need a rug pad?

No. The non-slip base is woven into the rug itself. It lies flat from day one and grips hard floors on its own.

How does custom sizing work?

Open any washable design, tap the custom option, enter your width and length (or diameter), and the price calculates instantly by the square foot, from $70. We cut, bind and ship in 3 to 5 business days.

Can I return a custom-cut rug?

Yes. Our 30-day free returns cover custom-cut rugs too. If it is not right for your home, we take it back and cover the return label.

Which sizes fit a home washing machine?

Twenty-three of our thirty-seven size and shape combinations go into a machine at home, and every single runner does. The care guide lists the minimum drum for each one.

Where is my order?

Track it live, no password needed: enter your checkout email on the Track Your Order page, type the 6-digit code we send, and every order appears with its tracking. Returns start from the same place with one tap.

Where do you ship?

To 71 countries, by express courier, with tracking. In the United States, Canada and Australia, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout, so nothing is owed at the door. Elsewhere, your carrier may collect them on delivery.

How long will it take to arrive?

Every rug, listed or cut to measure, leaves our Istanbul warehouse in 3 to 5 business days and spends 2 to 4 business days with the carrier, so 5 to 9 business days in total. You get a tracking link by email the day it ships.
