A rug person answers, usually within one business day. Our working hours are Monday to Friday; messages that land at the weekend are answered on Monday.

What to write about where

  • Order, delivery or a return: include your order number and we can act on the first reply.
  • Before you buy: tell us your room size and we will tell you which rug fits — including a custom cut if no standard size works.
  • Something arrived wrong: send a photo. We replace or refund in full and we pay the shipping both ways.
