A runner is a shape, not just a long rectangle. Up to 42 inches wide and at least 72 inches long. Wider than that and it becomes a rectangle, which is fine, it just changes the name.
What it costs
One rate, no custom surcharge. A minimum of $70 because a small cut still takes a full setup, and $7.90 per square foot above that. Shipping is free, and in the United States, Canada and Australia duties are calculated at checkout rather than billed to you later.
The price is live. Type a width and a length on any custom size product and the total updates as you type. There is no quote to request and nothing to wait for.
Questions
Can I return a custom-cut rug?
Yes, and this is the part most people expect to be different. Custom-cut rugs get the same thirty days, the same free return shipping, and the same refund as a listed size. We cut it for you and we still take it back.
Is a custom size more expensive per square foot?
No. The same rate applies whether the size is on our list or not. There is a minimum order value because a very small cut still takes a full setup, but there is no custom surcharge on top.
How exact is the cut?
Woven textiles move a little, so a small tolerance is normal rather than a fault. If you are fitting a rug into an alcove, take a centimeter or two off your measurement rather than adding one.
Do you make shapes other than these four?
Not yet. Rectangle, runner, square and round cover almost every room, and each of them is cut from the same weave.
What if a listed size would have worked?
Then take the listed size. Same rate, same 3 to 5 business days, and nothing to measure. Our size guide will tell you quickly whether one of ours fits.
