It actually goes in the washing machine
Our washable rugs are one piece: a cotton-based chenille face bonded to a non-slip backing. No pad to buy, no layers to slide apart. It goes into a normal household machine at 30 °C and comes out flat.
How we do it we wash-test every design before it ships: wash, walk, repeat. A design that does not come back looking right does not get released.
The size you need, not the size that exists
Rooms are not made in standard sizes, so rugs should not have to be. Beyond our standard range we cut to your measurements and bind the edges in-house.
How we do it priced by the square foot with no surcharge for being awkward, and custom cuts carry the same 30-day free return as everything else.
See it on your floor before you buy
Every product page can place the rug in your room at true size through your phone camera, with no app to install.
How we do it if a size has no pattern model yet we show an honest outline of the exact footprint instead of pretending.
One price, said out loud
Express shipping is free everywhere we ship and duties are handled up front where the destination allows it. Returns are free for 30 days, custom cuts included, and we pay for the return label.
Four generations at the loom
A family, not a supplier list
It started as a kilim: flatwoven, by hand, in a family workshop in Central Anatolia. Four generations later, that same flat construction is what our washable rugs use today, on machine looms in Istanbul instead of a hand loom. We did not buy our way into rug making. We started in it.
Two homes, one standard
Everything is designed here, made here, and shipped here: the looms, the studio, and every package that leaves for your door. Our WY, US hub handles customer service, accounting, and returns, so a return starts with a local address, not an ocean crossing. Today we ship to 71 countries.
We do not sell you to advertisers
There are no third-party ad trackers on this site. Our analytics is our own and runs on our own infrastructure, we never record what you type, and your data is never sold.
