The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Atlas Whisper is a cream washable rug drawn in brown line only.
A Beni Ourain lattice: large diamonds outlined in a single brown stroke, with arrows, small crosses and stacked lozenges filling the spaces between. Two chevron bands close the design top and bottom, like the ends of a blanket.
The lines wobble. They are not ruled, and the diamonds are not all the same width, which is exactly what separates this drawing from a printed grid.
Cream ground with every line in brown, from milk chocolate down to a faint gray-brown that almost disappears.

Pale plaster, chalk white and greige sit within a pale band close to this rug.
Matte black is the one dark object this pale rug can carry, next to linen.
On dark wood the cream ground glows and the lines recede. On pale oak the brown drawing becomes the loudest thing in the room.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
