The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Linen Lines is a bone washable rug with nothing on it but horizontal lines.
Fine lines run edge to edge, gathering into denser bands in some passes and thinning almost to nothing in others. The palest bands are practically bare cloth. Nothing is ruled and nothing repeats, so the rug reads as woven linen seen very close up.
This is the quietest rug in the catalogue. If a room already has a lot happening, this is the piece that lets it happen.
Bone and chalk white, with taupe and a faint gray in the denser bands.
Oak, cane, linen and white paint stay as pale and quiet as this soft rug.
One dark object anchors this rug: a walnut table against chalk white and linen.
Terracotta becomes the rug's one warm color, framed by chalk white and linen's quiet pale.
On dark wood the rug reads bright white and the lines almost vanish. On pale oak the taupe bands are the only thing you see.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
