The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Loom Strata Chambray Blue is the quietest of the set, soft blues and gray that sit close in tone.
Sky blue, steel blue and pale gray alternate edge to edge with no border, and one band leans toward periwinkle. At steady intervals a slate band with a teal cast steps down through two or three shades. The pale threads are strongest in this color, crossing the bands lengthwise and in places sideways, with lighter columns down the length, so the rug reads almost as a soft plaid.
Up close it looks like chambray, blue threads flecked with white, so the color never settles into one flat shade.
Sky blue, steel blue and pale gray, with slate in the darker bands and white in the threads.
Blue takes oak, rattan and tan leather, warm natural materials against the cool stripes.
White paint and linen keep it crisp, with undyed cotton picking up the pale threads.
Rust or terracotta gives one warm accent, with sand walls to settle the blue.
On pale oak the blue reads clearly and the slate bands set the rhythm. On dark wood the rug becomes the lightest surface in the room and reads as one soft blue field.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
