Colors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Sage Trellis is a cream washable rug with a stepped lattice running the whole field.
Angular arrowheads lock into each other in vertical columns, each junction holding a small oval medallion. Nothing curves; every line steps. Three borders of different widths surround the field, the outermost carrying its own row of tiny palmettes.
The lattice is drawn to be read from both ends. Rotate the rug and the arrowheads point the other way, but nothing else changes.
Cream ground with the lattice in charcoal, sage and soft gold.

Pale plaster, chalk white and greige stay pale and quiet, a frame for this rug.
Matte black gives this soft rug one small dark point, next to cream and linen.
On pale oak the rug reads soft and almost tonal. On dark wood the cream ground lifts and the lattice sharpens.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
