Pattern
Aegean Wash Turquoise is the same weather, pulled toward the sea.
Horizontal striations run edge to edge in teal and sea green, breaking into paler drifts that read almost like foam. No border and no repeat; the drawing simply carries on past the edge.
Green and blue are both in there. Which one you see depends on the light in the room, and it changes through the day.

The backing is part of the rug.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Cut to your measurement.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
Woven, then finished by hand.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
Low pile, by decision.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
