Colors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Bauhaus Patch is a bone washable rug built from hatched rectangles.
Blocks of different sizes are laid across the field, each one filled with hand-ruled hatching: some vertical, some horizontal, some crossed into a mesh. Ochre, sage, navy and graphite blocks sit among many more that are left almost bare.
The blocks do not tile. They overlap at the corners and leave gaps between, so the composition reads as a study rather than a grid.
Bone and chalk ground, with blocks in ochre, sage, navy and graphite.

Pale plaster, chalk white and greige share one pale band, next to this rug.
Matte black stays this rug's single accent, tucked between white paint and linen.
On dark wood the bone ground lifts and the coloured blocks separate. On pale floors the rug settles and reads much quieter.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
