The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Blush Antique is a sand washable rug with a pink cast that only shows in daylight.
A hexagonal medallion sits in the center of a field packed with tiny repeating sprigs, all of it faded to within a shade of the ground. Bleached patches run down both long sides where the pile has worn thin, and a row of small cartouches marches round the border.
The pink is not in the drawing. It is in the ground, and it only surfaces where the pattern has faded most, which is why the rug looks warmer at the edges than in the middle.
Sand and bone with a blush undertone, the drawing in mushroom and faded olive.

Old brass, rather than chrome, keeps this rug's soft, low-contrast blush intact.
Deep green is the color that stops this blush rug going sweet.
On warm wood the blush disappears and the rug reads beige. On gray or concrete floors the pink comes forward clearly.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
