Colors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Desert Frame is a cream washable rug built from three frames, one inside the next.
A wide chestnut border, then a gray-taupe band scattered with tiny dark rosettes, then a pale oatmeal field that is almost entirely empty. The only drawing inside the field is a single dotted line running just within its edge, the way a gabbeh weaver marks a boundary without filling it.
The ground is not one flat color. Horizontal striations run through it, so the cream shifts a shade every few inches.
Chestnut brown, warm gray and oatmeal, with pinpricks of black and gold in the middle band.

The oatmeal field sits with linen and off-white paint, brushed steel quiet on this rug.
With this warm rug, look to brushed steel, cream and linen for one cool counterpoint.
On dark wood the border almost disappears and the field floats. On pale oak the three frames read as three distinct steps.
No cover to unzip, no pad to peel apart. One woven piece, in and out of your own machine.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
