Colors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Mauve Mist is a soft gray-violet washable rug with a surface that reads as stitching.
Short vertical dashes run in broken columns across the entire field, close enough to read as texture rather than pattern. There is no border, no center and no repeat; the surface is the design, the way hand stitching covers a quilt.
The columns drift. They start straight and wander a few degrees, which is what makes the surface feel worked rather than printed.
Mauve gray throughout, with the dashes catching a shade lighter.

Plum or aubergine deepens this rug's mauve without adding a real new color.
Sage is the unexpected partner that works with this rug's quiet, neutral-weighted mauve.
On warm wood it reads greyer. On cool or concrete floors the violet comes forward.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
