Colors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Maze Lines is a taupe washable rug built from nested right angles.
Squares of concentric L-shapes are set side by side, each one turned a different way, so the lines run into each other and change direction at every junction. Cream, taupe and mushroom alternate, and the eye keeps trying to find a way through.
There is no actual maze. The paths do not connect, and once you notice that, the rug stops being a puzzle and becomes a pattern again.
Taupe, mushroom and cream, all within two shades of each other.
Taupe takes oak, rattan and linen, undyed tones as pale as this rug.
Cream lines pick up white paint and linen, with terracotta as this rug's warm point.
White paint and linen keep this rug's maze pale, with terracotta as its accent.
On pale oak the rug reads soft and the maze recedes. On dark wood the cream lines jump and the pattern becomes graphic.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
