The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Mesa Stitch Cocoa Rust sets a southwestern grid of rust and peach on a warm cocoa brown.
Each column is a stepped star: four rust arrowheads point outward around a peach spindle set between stepped triangles. Rust hourglasses and peach double diamonds run across in bands that tie the columns together, with a short stack of pale blush beads where they meet. In the open ground between, slim blush crosses with forked tips stand in pairs between two smaller crosses. A rust sawtooth edge and a two-row checkerboard band frame the field.
Every shape is built from tiny square cells marked with a small x, so up close it looks like cross-stitch, while from across the room the rust bands read as a steady grid.
Cocoa brown, rust orange and peach, with pale blush in the small crosses.
Cocoa and rust take walnut, cognac leather and brass, warm materials that match its depth.
Jute, cane and linen keep it relaxed, natural textures that suit the stitched look.
Deep green or olive gives one cool counterpoint, with cream walls to soften the orange.
On pale oak the brown ground frames the rug and the rust and peach come forward. On dark wood the cocoa merges with the floor and the orange grid seems to float.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
