The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Sawtooth Ledger Rose is a pale oatmeal rug ruled in rose pink, as calm as lined paper but with a lively edge.
Evenly spaced lines cross the rug from side to side with wide runs of bare ground between them, and each one swells and pinches along its length like a ribbon twisting as it goes. Around the edge a row of small solid triangles points outward, a sawtooth that follows the outline of every shape. On rectangles and squares a thin rose line also runs down each side, and the cross lines end against it.
The ground has a fine horizontal slub flecked with gray, like coarse linen, so the bare stretches between the lines never look empty.
Oatmeal and rose pink, with gray flecks in the ground.

Chalk white and linen keep the room airy, with undyed cotton for a soft finish.
Sage or deep green gives one cool note, with white paint to keep it fresh.
On pale oak the oatmeal ground blends with the floor and the rose lines and sawtooth edge carry the rug. On dark wood the whole rug reads as a light panel and the pink stands out clearly.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
