The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Scallop Cascade Caramel works the same rows of scallops in caramel, cocoa and latte, the warmest of the five colors.
Every scallop is a half circle edged at the top with a fine cream line, set half a step over from the row above and overlapping its base. Latte, tan, caramel, cocoa and a few deep chocolate scallops are mixed so the darker ones gather in soft columns with zigzag edges, and a handful of cooler khaki taupe scales keep the browns from feeling too warm. A plain light tan band runs around the edge, with a deeper caramel band just inside it whose scalloped edge faces outward.
Fine broken streaks run through every scale and give the browns a heathered, woven look, so from across the room it reads as warm, textured shading.
Latte, tan, caramel and cocoa with fine cream outlines, framed in light tan and a deeper caramel.

Cream and linen keep it soft, with undyed cotton and pale walls around it.
Sage or deep green gives a cool contrast, with white paint to keep it light.
On pale oak the caramel reads warm and the cream outlines stay clear. On dark wood the cocoa scallops merge with the floor and the latte columns lift.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
