Frost BlueColors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Scallop Cascade Frost Blue is the quietest of the family, pale blue-gray scallops drawn almost tone on tone.
The scallops step half a scale from row to row and overlap the base of the row above, but here the fine pale outline shows on only some of them. The shades sit close together, so the slightly darker scales gather in faint columns with zigzag edges rather than clear stripes. A plain icy blue band runs around the edge, with a slightly deeper blue-gray band just inside it whose scalloped edge faces outward.
Fine broken streaks run through the whole surface and do most of the work, so from across the room it reads as a soft heathered blue-gray and the scales appear as you come closer.
Icy blue and soft blue-gray in close shades, with a few fine white outlines.

White paint and linen keep it light, with chalk white for a soft finish.
Cognac leather and walnut warm it up, with ochre for one deeper accent.
On pale floors the rug reads almost plain and the scales show mostly up close. On dark wood the pale blue-gray stands out clearly and the scalloped border draws a soft frame.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
