The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Scallop Cascade Sage Green layers its scallops in soft greens, from pale celadon to deep fern.
Each scallop is a half circle with a fine pale mint line along its top, and every row steps half a scallop over and overlaps the base of the row above. Lighter and deeper greens are mixed so the darker scales gather in soft columns with zigzag edges. A plain sage band runs around the edge, with a deeper green band just inside it whose scalloped edge faces outward.
Fine broken streaks run across every scale, so the greens look heathered and calm from across the room and the outlines only sharpen up close.
Pale celadon, sage and deep fern green with fine mint outlines, framed in sage and a deeper green.

Chalk white and linen keep it fresh, with undyed cotton for an easy texture.
Rust or ochre gives a warm accent, with walnut to ground the room.
On pale oak the greens read fresh and the mint outlines stay crisp. On dark wood the deeper scales settle into the floor and the pale columns come forward.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
