Colors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Silver Relic is a gray washable rug with an ivory border and a field worn down to threads.
An all-over vine pattern still covers the gray field, but vertical scoring runs through it from top to bottom, as if the rug had been dragged. The ivory border survives almost intact, so the contrast between a clean edge and a ruined center is the design.
The scoring is vertical only. Turn the rug and it runs across the room instead of along it, which changes the whole feeling of a hallway.
Charcoal and dove gray in the field, ivory and bone in the border, with faint sage in the vines.
Gray takes matte black, pale oak and white paint, spanning as wide as this rug.
The ivory border sits with white paint and linen, with terracotta as this rug's accent.
One warm color is essential here: cognac tones, rust or brass against this silver rug.
On pale oak the ivory border merges with the floor and the gray field floats. On dark wood the border frames it hard.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
