Colors can read slightly differently from screen to screen.
The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Suzani Bloom is a cream washable rug that reads as embroidery and leaves most of its field empty.
The pattern runs in thin horizontal bands: crosses, stepped squares, diamonds no bigger than a fingernail, little cypress trees. Drawn by counted thread, like a sampler.
The bands tighten toward the border. That is what keeps the field from reading like graph paper.
Brick red, sage and charcoal appear only in the motifs. The ground stays cream.

Sage sits with olive and unlacquered brass, tones balanced by white paint on this rug.
Matte black, white paint and linen stay quiet, letting this rug's warm pattern lead.
On dark wood the ground reads paler. On concrete or pale oak the motifs come forward.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
