The woven nature of a real rug allows a minor size variation of ±5%.
Leaf Veil Terracotta sets blush pink leaves on a warm terracotta ground.
Broad oval leaves that narrow to a point grow along thin winding stems, and where the stems branch, four leaves open from a single point. Each leaf is outlined in pale blush with a lighter vein down the middle and a dusty mauve wash over one half, so it looks sheer and lit from one side. A second layer of dimmer leaves sits behind them in shadow, and the branches repeat edge to edge with no center. A narrow border of small leaves twists along the edge like a garland on a brighter orange ground, set off from the field by a thin pale line.
Up close a fine linen-like grain runs through the surface, the ground clouds between rust and soft orange, and thin bright orange lines run down it at intervals, which keeps the color warm rather than flat.
Terracotta and rust in the ground, with blush and pale peach leaves shaded in dusty mauve.

Cream and linen let the blush leaves show, with pale oak to keep it light.
Sage or eucalyptus gives one cool counterpoint, with white paint to frame the warmth.
On pale floors the terracotta glows and the blush leaves read softly against it. On dark wood the ground deepens toward rust and the pale leaves stand out more.

Four generations, one throughline: it started with a kilim, hand-woven in Central Anatolia. Today every Rugember is woven on our own machines in Istanbul, cut to the size you choose, and finished by hand.
Not a pad you lay underneath, and not a cover you clip on. The non-slip backing is bonded to the weave itself, so there is nothing to slip, peel or replace.
Every pattern, four shapes, thirty-four stock sizes. If none of them is your room, we cut the same weave to the measurement you give us.
The loom does the weaving. The edges, the binding and the final check are done by a person. That is also why a small tolerance in size is normal rather than a fault.
A low, dense weave is what lets a rug go into a drum and come out lying flat again. It is a construction choice, not a style one.
